For those without a reservation, we offer two options to secure a table. You can either join our list online or simply walk in. If no table is immediately available, we'll add you to our waiting list. Once your table is ready, we'll send a text with a 10-minute return window. Have questions? Contact us for an estimate. If the online list isn't accessible, feel free to visit for a quote on the next available option. Keep in mind, during peak demand, the waiting list may temporarily close.

FAQ about Reservations

You love us already, and so will your friends, colleagues and family members. We offer gift cards for purchase in increments of $25, all gift cards are reusable and never expire!

You may purchase gift cards for The Pink Door securely online here. Simply enter the customer information and choose the desired value, and we’ll send it out (by: mail, email or text) pronto! Questions or time constraints on gifting? We’re happy to help at 206-443-3241.

Our physical Gift Cards, letterpress Card Holder and envelope (designed by: Louise Fili) are personalized and mailed out within 3 days business days (we are currently closed on Sundays & Mondays)

YOU decide the time and date when the card will be delivered, then personalize with your own message! Our digital E-Gift Cards are always available immediately via email or text.

Does The Pink Door have a Dress Code?

YES
Our inhibitions are few and we favor individuality. You have a better chance of getting in if you don't look like a tourist from a cruise ship. Get inspired! Be creative. Try to match the aesthetically pleasing ambience we have worked hard to create.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Do you offer Outdoor Seating?

We open our outdoor seating when the temperature is above 60 degrees and Seattle is rain free. Reservations will be seated Indoors or Outdoors depending upon the availability when you arrive. If you have a seating preference, please note this in your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes we do! Just drop by and we will get you seated as soon as we can depending on availability. We accept walk-in parties of 6 or less. (Please note: We do ocassionally have to shut down our waiting list if it becomes too full.)

Can we make a reservation for a large group?

We only accept reservations for parties of 6 or less. Sorry, but we do not split large groups between two tables.

What is the best way to reserve a table?

We recommend that all reservations are booked online. We do offer our entire reservation inventory there. If you can not find a table on the date and time you are searching for, that means we are full for that day.

How far in advance can I book a rerservation?

Our reservations are available 30 calendar days in advance. Online reservations become available at 12 a.m.

What days are you open?

Aerial Entertainment
On Sunday and Monday nights we offer Dinner Reservations for tables in our Bar (all ages) where we have aerial entertainment. Our aerialist performs four short vignettes between 6:30 and 8:45pm. If you are interested in seeing a performance on a Sunday or Monday night, please book a reservation in our Bar area.

A Note about Spring Reservations:

LUNCH: Can't find what you're looking for?  We DO release additional reservations the DAY OF!  This is for those that are local, spontaneous, maybe a quick business lunch or just in the neighborhood. DAY OF reservations are typically seated in our view Dining Room, but feel free to make a request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

DINNER: Spring Dinner Reservations are seated in our Inside View Dining Room due to cool spring evenings… But if you prefer outdoor dining (and it’s early in the evening) make a note and we will do our best.

Eugenia Van Vliet, Tarot
readings are Sunday–Thursday, 5-7 p.m

For more than 40 years, Eugenia has been reading in Seattle and San Francisco. Her interest in Tarot was sparked while she was earning her degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Classical Archeology from San Francisco State. She has read at numerous psychic fairs in Seattle, former owner of the Mystic Rose in Fremont, and studied with spiritualists at Arthur Findley College in Essex, England to become a spiritual healer and medium. Eugenia is also a published author on the topic of culinary history. Come in to enjoy a reading, dinner and wine.

The Pink Door proudly features this talented local and international circus artist, who’s played an integral part over the last eight years within the Seattle aerial scene. Join us in the dining room on Monday nights for Tanya’s gravity-defying twists and turns.
